Description:
This
section depicts a typical United States coastal city starting with the seaport and
industrial inner city through gentrified row house neighborhoods and the
suburbs. It starts with the waterfront then gives way to older industrial
and working class ethnic neighborhoods that typically sprung up from the
waterfront. Finally, we see the suburbs that were still considered part of the
city. Scenes range from rough neighborhoods to kids at play in quiet
suburban neighborhoods. Much of this section is patterned after
Baltimore, Maryland and is named after Eastern Avenue one of Baltimore’s more
diverse sections of town.
