Other Mining Sites On Property

History of mining on the property:

Mining on our property has been going on for quite a while. It probably started with the Ute Indians just picking crystals off the ground, but got serious about one hundred plus years ago when trappers, explores, early geologists and fortune seekers came through the area. Below are some previous digs on the property. It is our intent to continue where some of the more major holes are. However, instead of using a pick, shovel and muscle we will employ some serious equipment such as a track hoe. The intent is to dig much deeper than early folks did, because we believe that the real finds are further down than early miners were able to reach.

Below are some of the other digs on our property:

You have to watch where you dig. There are plenty of ant hills.
