 Deborah's Family Goes To Maui:
  Our 50th Anniversary:
 Throughout the Year:
Wait a Minute - Is she a relative?
In 2015 Sheila and Neil celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Deborah and family spent it (July 4th) with us. For our gift they surprised us with Richard and his kids. It was great having almost everyone here for a few days. Although we did miss Dila who had to work.
This year Deb, Matt, Sydney and Brendan spent Christmas's in Maui.  Here are a few photos from their trip.
The following photos are in chronological order - more or less.

The story behind the photo of Stevie Nicks:
A friend of ours (Laurel C.) is Stevie's first cousin and Stevie spent part of her youth here in Colorado. Stevie still travels the world with Fleetwood Mac, including Denver and she is planning a homecoming to our area. So being the huge fan that Neil is, he (me) would nag Laurel about having Stevie and her personal assistant stay at our house when she does in fact make a visit.  Now she has not visited yet, but every time I see Laurel or Sheila talks to her, I make sure the invitation is extended again and again and again.
So this year Laurel, and some of her relatives attended a couple of Fleetwood Mac concerts in Denver and they decided to tell Stevie about her big fan living in the wilds of Colorado.  Next thing I know Laurel gives me this collage with love note from Stevie.
Stay tuned for photos of Stevie and me playing guitar and singing together.
Oh! Wait! I can't play the guitar very good and I sure as heck can't sing.
Well Sheila and I are still looking forward to her visit!
The New York kids came to Fort Collins first and pretended they were still in New York when we spoke on the phone.
Deborah's family knock at the back door with Matt's truck and said "hurry outside, your present is in the back of the truck." The lifted the tarpaulin and under was Richard, Lilyan and Leandro. What a great present!
As Simon and Garfunkel said "It's all happening at the zoo".
Yum!
